The architecture alone makes a visit to this interesting archaeological museum a special kind of pleasure.

The "Old Guard". Also in the evening a truly pretty and romantic sight. 
On the terrace or in the vinotheque, sit and relax with a glass of Baden wine and enjoy a great view of Cathedral Square and its impressive buildings.

How about an ice-coffee directly at Cathedral Square ?
 With a breathtaking view of the Freiburg Cathedral.

The world-famous "Black Forest Cake". 
This is how it must look and taste: juicy and fluffy.

The region in and around Freiburg is the third largest wine region in Germany. 
You shouldn't miss out on that. 

Original Black Forest Ham. Whether spicy or mild. Simply a delight.

The "Martinstor": This is where my city tours usually end. 
You can then strengthen yourself in one of the many cafés, restaurants or in the "Fressgässle" at the Martinstor.
